Tech Lover

As a kid growing up in 90s Spain, I was gifted a shiny new PS1, igniting my fascination with technology. From that moment on, I found myself dismantling toys and game consoles, eager to uncover their inner workings. At the tender age of 10, I encountered my first computer. Despite lacking formal knowledge, I managed to circumvent parental controls, install drivers for a Wi-Fi dongle, and connect to our home network. The vast expanse of the internet opened up a world of knowledge, one that continues to astound me to this day as I discover new and incredible technologies.

Ex-Breakdancer

Despite being a somewhat rhythmically challenged child, I've always been stubbornly determined not to let my lack of talent in certain areas hold me back. It all started back in primary school when I discovered MTV dance shows with my friends. We were mesmerized, and from that moment on, I'd spend hours upon hours practicing, regardless of my initial lack of skill. I learned that perseverance triumphs over talent, and I was able to dedicate myself to dancing, even earning a living from it for several years. Sadly, at the age of 20, I sustained an injury that forced me to retire from professional dancing, but it will always hold a special place in my heart as a cherished chapter of my life.

Surfing Enthusiast

As the child of a Caribbean father, the sea has always played a significant role in my life. It's been my go-to place to disconnect and let my mind unwind. That's where I discovered surfing. Naturally drawn to challenges, I couldn't resist giving it a try. Despite never being particularly skilled (perhaps because I've spent my entire life in a landlocked city, lol), I find myself spending more time falling into the water than riding the waves. Yet, there's a sense of tranquility that surfing brings me, unlike anything else. So, you could say I do more than just surf the web!

Fearlessly, I embarked on this journey, discovering not just new lands, but the depth of human connection. Now, immersed in a marriage that bridges two cultures, I've learned that love knows no boundaries, enriching my life with understanding and unity.

Woodside Energy

Australian Oil Project

Full-stack development with CAP on SAP BTP, delivering end-to-end apps for operations, billing, and tax. Frontend with extended Fiori Elements and freestyle UI5; models in CDS deployed via HDI containers. Backend logic in CAP complemented with HANA procedures for complex validations and heavy calculations. Continuous deployment in the cloud ensured fast, reliable releases across environments.

Innovation project: Employment Management — streamlined workflows, role-based access, and auditable processes. Node.js middleware supported validation and orchestration, while observability dashboards improved supportability and time-to-resolution.

Samsung

Samsung Knowledge Chatbot

Internal web app for Samsung focused on technical documentation Q&A. Frontend with SvelteKit/TypeScript and backend in Python/FastAPI. RAG over a vector database enables accurate document retrieval with cited sources and structured outputs (JSON-schema) for deterministic, tool-friendly answers consumed by engineering teams.

Integrations with Azure services (Queue Storage, Blob Storage, Key Vault, among others) support ingestion pipelines, async processing, and secure secret management. CI/CD with GitHub Actions automates testing and deployments; workloads are containerized with Docker and deployed on Kubernetes with environment-specific configuration and observability.

Repsol

Spanish Oil Project

As a member of the full-stack development team, I contributed to the migration of on-premise applications to the cloud, utilizing a range of technologies such as Fiori Elements extended with UI5 for the frontend, and BOPF and ABAP CDS for entity definition, annotations, and business validations. We also facilitated integration with different systems by creating tables in the on-premise system and exposing them through OData services. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive application for report generation across all Repsol sites, spanning locations like Spain, Canada, and others.

Our team engineered a sophisticated application with a robust data processing layer, ensuring compliance with Regulation 060 on Investments, Disinvestments, and Expenses. This application seamlessly integrated with various systems while providing valuable insights and facilitating precise decision-making.
